Theoretical aspects of magnetic fluctuations

چکیده

2014 The thermodynamic treatment of equilibrium fluctuations in magnetic systems is discussed and applied to a variety of situations. The spectral density of the magnetic moment or flux are derived for simply-connected bodies (sphere and cylinder) and for multiplyconnected systems (loop and hollow cylinder). The material is considered to be either a normal conductor, a superconductor or ferromagnetic. The results are valid in the presence of a static magnetic field and also if the susceptibility is field-dependent. No abrupt change in fluctuations occurs as a superconductor is taken through the transition temperature. The introduction of a Josephson junction or a resistive link in a superconducting loop is shown to increase the flux fluctuations markedly with a steady increase as the link is made weaker. At high frequencies the fluctuation spectrum for a superconductor approaches that for the same system in the normal state. REVUE DE PHYSIQUE APPLIQUEZ TOME 5, FÉVRIER 1970, PAGE

Neutron scattering is proved to be a vital probe in unveiling the magnetic properties of high temperature superconductors (HTSC). Detailed information about the energy and momentum dependence of the magnetic dynamics of HTSC have been obtained directly by this technique. Over the past decade by improving the crystal growth methods, large and high quality single crystals of HTSC, which are ess...

میدانهای مغناطیسی بزرگ مقیاس و جفت‌شدگیهای الکترو- دیلاتونی و خمش

We investigate the generation of large scale magnetic fields in the universe from quantum fluctuations that are produced in the inflationary stage. By coupling these quantum fluctuations to the dilaton field and Ricci scalar, we show that the magnetic fields with the strength observed today can be produced. We consider two situations. First, the evolution of dilaton ends by starting the reheat...

Analytical Field Study on Induction Motors under Fluctuated Voltages

Nowadays study of input voltage quality on induction motors behavior has become a controversial subject due to the wide application of these motors in the industry. The impact of grid voltage fluctuations on the performance of induction motors can be included in this area. The majority of papers devoted to the influence of voltage fluctuations on the induction motors are focusing only on the so...

On the Influence of Weak Magnetic and Electric Fields on the Fluctuations of Ionic Electric Currents in Blood Circulation

An analysis of a variety of existing experimental data leads to the conclusion on the existence of a resonance mechanism allowing weak magnetic fields to affect biological processes. These fields may either be static magnetic fields comparable in magnitude with the magnetic field of the earth or weak ultra-low frequency time-dependent fields. So far, a generally accepted theoretical model allow...

Investigation of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and Binding Energies Clonidine Drug-Carbon Nano Tube: A Theoretical Study

In this work, we have studied binding of Clonidine drug (C9H9Cl2N3) with zigzag single walled carbonnanotubes (SWCNT) (5, 0) by theoretical methods of theory using Gaussian 09 software package.Binding energies, NMR parameters and HOMO- LUMO Gap energy were calculated. Results frombinding energies indicate that it is possible thermodynamically to bind Clonidine drug to SWCNT.The calculated NMR p...
